Dear Friends, 

PLEASE consider making a tax-deductible pledge and/or Sponsoring our 6th Annual “Walk for Hope”.  Anything you do will be a blessing to those facing the uncertainties of cancer and will help friends and family get the assistance they need to ease their pain and suffering and win their battle against this devastating disease.  All funds stay in Halifax County!

Cancer has plagued many in our community…  You can make a difference in someone’s life!  A family member, a friend, or you may touch the life of someone you don’t even know.  You truly do not understand how devastating this disease can be until it touches someone close to you.  It affects you mentally, emotionally, physically, and financially.

The Halifax County Cancer Association (HCCA) is committed to providing quality of life services to anyone diagnosed with cancer in Halifax County.  We have never had to turn anyone away!  We are dedicated and work hard to educate our community and provide “HOPE” for a brighter tomorrow!   

This year’s “Walk for Hope” will be a day to celebrate life and remember those precious lives lost!  This is an event for everyone!  Get your friends, family, church, club and/or business involved.  Make up a team name, walk for someone you know who has lost their fight w/cancer, is a survivor or is facing cancer right now.  Make a difference in our community by getting involved.
